De Vizu Cybernets (“we”, “us”) issues this notice so that people who use the Prism Blade mobile application (the “Service”) can see how information connected with that use is obtained, applied, and protected. Opening or continuing to use Prism Blade constitutes acceptance of the practices set out below. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the Service.
The notice is written for the Service as distributed through supported mobile storefronts. It describes categories of information, the reasons those categories may be handled, the circumstances in which others may see them, and the period for which they may be kept.
We may ask for a small set of identifiers when that is useful for operating the Service. An address you choose to send in a message, or ordinary facts about the device on which Prism Blade is installed, can fall in that set. What you provide, and what the device reports in the normal course of running the app, is retained and applied only under this Policy.
While the Service is in use, certain details may be recorded without a separate prompt. Those details can include:
Local markers comparable to cookies may be stored so that the Service remains stable and so that general patterns of use can be understood. Device settings allow those markers to be turned off. Features that depend on them may then work less well.

Selected information may be passed to outside organisations that perform work for us, such as parties who help examine usage or who assist with correspondence. Those organisations may handle the information only to complete that work. They are not permitted to treat it as their own, and they are expected to observe the limits in this Policy.
Figures that have been combined and stripped of personal markers may appear in summaries prepared for measurement or study.

We keep information for as long as you use Prism Blade and for a reasonable interval after that use ends. If you want personal information removed, write to us. We will take up the request without undue delay.
Prism Blade is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 where that higher age applies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us such information, contact us so that we can take the steps that are warranted.
We treat information entrusted to us with care. Physical, technical, and organisational measures are used to reduce the chance of loss or misuse. No method of sending or storing information is free of all risk, and we cannot guarantee that any given transmission or store will be immune to every possible failure.
Information may be moved to, and held on, systems that sit outside the state, province, or country where you live. By using the Service you accept that such movement may occur, provided suitable protections are in place.
The Service may present addresses that lead to pages we do not operate. We do not control those pages and we are not responsible for what they publish or for the rules they follow. You should read the notices on any destination you choose to open.
This Policy may be revised. When it is, the updated text will appear on this page and the effective date will be changed. Continued use of Prism Blade after a revision is posted counts as acceptance of the revised Policy.
