PRISM BLADE

CHROMATIC VELOCITY

PRISM BLADE

One tap. Three colors. A prism tunnel that speeds up as you stay matched. Fully offline.

Cyan Magenta Gold Android Offline

The run

Prism Blade is a one-button arcade. You fly a selected energy blade down a drawn prism tunnel. Colored gates approach. Tap anywhere on the play surface to cycle the blade through cyan, magenta, and gold, always in that order. If the blade color matches the gate, you pass. If it does not, and you have no shield, the run ends.

Home starts a run with Enter the tunnel. There is no swipe, tilt, or analog stick. The only in-run input is that tap, plus a separate pause control.

Cyan

First color in the cycle. A new run always starts on cyan.

Magenta

Second color. One tap from cyan, one tap from gold.

Gold

Third color. The next tap returns the blade to cyan.

What travels the tunnel

Gates

Each gate carries one of the three colors. Passing with a match, or while Boost is active, scores and raises combo. A mismatch without Shield ends the run.

Shards

Gold shards sit in the same corridor. Collecting a shard adds one shard and one coin to that run. They are not a second fail condition.

HUD and powers

The play screen keeps score, combo, pause, and the current color on top of the tunnel. The tunnel, blade, and interface are drawn in the app. There is no photo plate behind them.

CYAN ◇ SHIELD ◷ SLOW △ BOOST

Pause

The pause control is its own button. It does not cycle color. The overlay offers Resume, Restart, and Home. Leaving the app also pauses a live run.

Shield

Holds one mismatch. On use it drops, combo returns to 0, and the multiplier returns to 1. The run continues.

Slow

For 5 seconds the tunnel moves at 58% of the current speed. The remaining time is shown on the color bar.

Boost

For 4 seconds a gate counts as a pass even when the blade color does not match. Remaining time is shown on the color bar.

A power pickup appears every 8 gates. If a shield is already held, the next pickup is Slow or Boost. If it is not, Shield, Slow, or Boost can appear.

Score, combo, coins

A matched gate (or a Boost pass) adds 10 points times the current multiplier, then increases combo by one. Speed rises with each gate passed, from a start of 0.34 up to a cap of 0.72. Combo is the only way the multiplier moves.

Coins in a run

Coins for the run come from two places: each collected shard adds 1, and every third combo step adds the current multiplier as coins. At the end of a run those coins are added to the profile total and to lifetime coins earned. A new personal best is flagged on the results overlay when the run score beats the best that was stored when the run started.

Results show the run score, best combo for that run, coins gained, Restart, and Home. There is no online leaderboard.

Collection

Collection has two tabs: Blades and Tunnels. Unlocks cost coins earned in runs. There are no store purchases, accounts, or ads in the app. A new profile starts with 100 coins, the Neon Edge blade, and the Obsidian Core tunnel.

Blades

The selected blade is the silhouette on Home and in the tunnel. Color during a run still follows the cyan–magenta–gold cycle.

Tunnels

The selected theme paints the corridor: floor gradient, rails, and extra geometry that belong to that theme.

If you already own an item, the action is Select. If you do not, and you have enough coins, it is Unlock with the price. If you do not have enough, the button shows how many coins are still missing and stays inactive. The selected item cannot be bought again.

Home, statistics, settings

Home

Shows personal record, a preview of the selected blade, the coin balance, and three lifetime figures: runs, gates, and best combo. From here you open Collection, Statistics, or Settings, or start a run.

Statistics

Lifetime totals kept on the device: best score, total runs, gates passed, shards collected, best combo, coins earned. These numbers do not leave the device with a player account. There is no sign-in.

Settings

Three toggles: Sound (minimal interface feedback where supported), Haptic feedback (system touch response, no extra permission), and Reduced effects (lighter bloom and ambient motion). Reduced effects also shortens the splash.

Reset progress

Erase statistics, coins, unlocks, selections, and preferences. Confirm first. After reset the profile is Neon Edge, Obsidian Core, 100 coins, zero statistics, and the default toggles. That step cannot be undone.

Progress is stored locally on the device. The game does not use a network, accounts, advertising, or paid unlocks. Android permissions for the app are empty. Clearing the app’s data on the device removes the saved profile.

Six screens

The app is six routes. Android back on Play pauses the run. On Collection, Statistics, or Settings it returns Home.

1

Splash — wordmark and the line Chromatic Velocity, then Home once the profile has loaded.

2

Home — record, blade, coins, Enter the tunnel, Collection / Statistics / Settings.

3

Play — tunnel, blade, HUD, pause overlay, run-complete overlay.

4

Collection — Blades and Tunnels, coin cost, Select or Unlock.

5

Statistics — the six lifetime counters.

6

Settings — experience toggles and reset.

Frequently asked questions

How do I change blade color during a run?

Tap the play surface. Each tap advances cyan → magenta → gold → cyan. The pause button does not change color.

What happens if I hit a gate of the wrong color?

If Shield is active, the shield is spent, combo resets, and the run continues. If Boost is active, the gate still counts as a pass. Otherwise the run ends and the results overlay appears.

How does the score multiplier work?

Combo 0–2 is ×1, 3–5 is ×2, 6–9 is ×3, 10 and above is ×4. Each successful gate adds 10 times that multiplier.

How do I unlock another blade or tunnel?

Collect coins in runs, open Collection, choose Blades or Tunnels, and Unlock when the coin balance covers the price. Neon Edge and Obsidian Core are already unlocked. There is no real-money catalog.

Does Prism Blade need an internet connection?

No. Play, Collection, Statistics, and Settings run on the device. The profile is stored locally. There is no sign-in and no cloud save.

Will my record survive if I close the app?

Yes, on that device, until you reset progress or clear the app’s data. Best score, runs, gates, shards, combo, coins, unlocks, and settings are written locally after they change.

Who do I contact for help?

Write to De Vizu Cybernets at naviskriztina@gmail.com. That is the support address for Prism Blade.
